1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- The item must be returned with original packaging, accessories, and invoice
- The product must be a fresh piece (no signs of usage, scratches, or wear)

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging or missing parts
- Customized or special-order products
- Products damaged due to improper use or handling

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process
4. Once approved, you will be required to send the product back to our provided address

4. Inspection & Approval

After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect the product. If the item meets our return conditions, your return will be approved. If not, the product may be sent back to you.

5. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be asked to provide payment details

6. Shipping Charges

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

7. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images or video proof
- We will offer a free replacement or full refund, including shipping charges

8. Order Cancellation

- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and will fall under the return policy

9. Important Notes

- We aim to make the return process simple and fair for both parties
- Abuse of the return policy may result in refusal of future returns
